On this occasion I have to thank a very nice friend who constantly follow on Instagram: The_cooking_observer. The recipe that offers a light Caesar Salad is modified to meet the standards of the Dukan diet. Simple, fast, but ...so gorgeous!!!
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast;
- 1 egg;
- Oat bran;
- Mixed salad;
- Cherry tomatoes;
- Plain yogurt (with 0% fat);
- Skimmed milk;
- Salt, oregano, chives, parsley.
Preparation:
1) Pass the chicken twice in beaten egg and oat bran;
2) convection oven bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes;
3) Once baked, salad and garnish with cherry tomatoes;
4) For the dressing: mix two spoons of yogurt Fage 0% diluted with a little 'skimmed milk, a pinch of salt, oregano, chives and parsley.
