Dessert with summer berries


Last Saturday, in the beach, Daniela asked me to prepare something fresh, light and color to our break-afternoon snack. I reinvented, in the summer version, a recipe I read around in some book some time ago.


Ingredients:
- 500 ml of fresh cream;
- 2 cups plain yogurt;
- 3 sheets of gelatin;
- 200 grams of marshmallows;
- 200 gr of strawberries;
- 200 g more / berries;
- Sugar q.b..


Preparation:
1) coat a baking dish with plastic wrap.
2) soak in cold water 3 sheets of gelatin;
3) whipping cream in a firm with 4 tablespoons of sugar, once it is mounted firmly to add the 2 cups plain yogurt;
4) Heat a dash of cream (without bringing to a boil!) And pour in the gelatine sheets wrung out! Once dissolved, taking care to leave no lumps, pour the liquid into the mixture of cream and yogurt, stir vigorously so that the gelatin is evenly distributed in the compound;
5) Pour the mixture into the baking dish coated with plastic wrap and cover with meringue crumble. This procedure will ensure that once the dish upside down the base is formed by the same meringues. Put everything in the freezer.
6) Meanwhile, chop strawberries, blackberries and wild berries;
7) He spent at least 3 hours remove the pan from the freezer and quickly flip the container (the plastic wrap should facilitate the operation), remove the foil and sprinkle the top with the sliced ​​fruit into cubes. Alternatively you can hold in a separate container cut fruit, and desserts to pair it once made the portions on the plates.
